If you are trying to update your payment method but fail to do so, rest assured, "Update payment method" button is disabled because payment is already in progress.
You may find this sentence when clicking Update Payment Method: “We cannot update your billing information while a pending payment is being processed”.
This is done to prevent double payment on your Omni Account. You don't need to worry! The payment process will be completed within 3 business days.
You can update your credit card details in your Omni account after the current payment process is complete using the same processes here.
