If you are looking to change your card information to change your source of payment for the Omni Hotline app, there are 4 simple steps that we have highlighted below for you to follow.
Log into your account on the Omni Dashboard
Click on the profile avatar on top right corner, and select Account
Scroll down and select "Update Payment Method"
Complete authorization steps on payment gateway
If you find out that you couldn’t click on “Update Payment Method” and the button is disabled, don’t worry! This happens because your payment is already in progress, and we’re working hard to prevent any double payment taken from your account.
This process may take up to 3 business days. However, if you wish to update your credit card details in your account, you can do so after the current payment process is completed. You can read more by clicking here.
