Yes! With the Omni Hotline extensions feature, you can choose to hide show the Omni number being called, or caller's number as the incoming caller ID, whichever works best for you! You can follow these simple steps to make that happen: 


  1. Log in to your account on Omni Hotline web portal

  1.  Fill in your login details

  2. Once you are logged into your Omni Dashboard, go to Extensions and select Manage My Extensions.

  1. Go to Connect Calls and click on the settings button.

  1. You will see the Edit Device Settings option. Choose the first option to make your caller’s personal number appear, or select the second option to show your Omni Number that was called instead. You can also click on the Ring For drop down to manage how long you want your incoming call to ring for.
