  1. Log in to your account on Omni Hotline web portal

    

  1. Select Numbers settings on your Dashboard and click Manage My Number


  1. Go to Call Settings, and select the drop-down menu on Incoming Calls 




  1. Select Connect to Phone Number (or Extension, explained below) and select the relevant extension or phone number. Don’t forget to click Save Changes and you’re good to go!


Alternatives for incoming call connection

If you wish to set up your incoming calls differently, there are a few other options to connect your incoming calls: 


  1. Connect to Virtual Receptionist

You can choose to connect incoming calls to be assisted by Omni’s interactive virtual receptionist by following these steps: 


Select Connect to Virtual Receptionist on the Incoming Calls drop-down > Select your preferred virtual receptionist to connect your calls to > click save changes 


  1. Connect to Extension

You can direct incoming calls to the selected extension number by following this step: 


Select Connect to Extension on the Incoming Calls drop-down > Select your preferred extensions to connect your calls to > click save changes 



  1. Connect to Phone Number

You can choose to directly connect incoming calls to phone numbers by following these steps: 


Select Connect to Phone Number  on the Incoming Calls drop-down > Select your preferred Phone Number to connect your calls to > click save changes 




  1. Connect to Voicemail 

At times when you’re unavailable, you can choose to send incoming calls to voicemail by following these steps: 


Select Connect to Voicemail on the Incoming Calls drop-down > Select your preferred Voicemail extension to connect your calls to > click save changes
