Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to port your TM number to Omni Hotline. However, here’s what you can do:
You can get all of Omni Hotline benefits with your TM number by transferring all incoming calls to your Omni number. There is a RM 1.50* monthly fee chargeable to your TM Business Line number for every month you intend to use the transfer feature. Simply follow these simple steps to forward your TM Business Line calls to Omni Hotline:
Pick up your TM Business Line phone and press *21*.
Key in the Omni Hotline number that you would like to transfer your calls to then followed by a # at the end.
To deactivate press #21# and your calls will ring on your TM Business Line again.
If you would like to switch your number completely to Omni Hotline, we have made the process hassle-free for you! Before changing your number, you can create an Interactive Virtual Receptionist on Omni Hotline.
