You may upgrade or downgrade your plans yourself at any time! Your charges will be prorated according to the timing of your change in subscription plans. To change your subscription plan, follow the steps below:


  1. On your Omni Dashboard search for the Plan & Usage tab

  1. From there, you can scroll down to the “Plans” section and you will be given the option to upgrade or downgrade your plan. You just need to select the plan you wish to upgrade or downgrade to.
