To change password, go to the Omni app and follow the steps below:

  1. Access Settings

  2. Navigate to Other Stuff, select “Change Password” 

  3. Fill up the information required to change your new password

You can also change your password via Omni Hotline dashboard by following these steps: 

A) If you forgot your password:
1) Open the sign in page


2) Click Forgot Password 

3) Fill in your email address used for your Omni Hotline account and click 'Retrieve'.

4) Check your email to complete resetting your password. 


B. If you know your password and want to change it:
1) Log in to your account
2) Click the avatar on top right, select Account


3) Edit the two password fields at the top of the screen


4) Click save changes


Do note that you'll need to enter the email that you used to register for Omni when setting up the account. This would most likely be a business or business administrators email address.
