Users can link up to 10 numbers to an extension. These 10 numbers will only receive incoming calls to Omni under their situated extension.
When receiving calls as one of the numbers under an extension, incoming calls will ring as a normal phone call.
Under Extensions > Call Settings, users can set how incoming calls are received.
When you select the first option, upon picking up the call on your native caller app, a menu will be presented by a voice receptionist:
- Press 1 to accept the call,
- Press 2 to send caller to voicemail,
- Press 3 to accept the call with call recording.
