Upon clicking the "Extensions" tab, you will be able to view and modify the extensions associated with the Omni account. Extensions can be added here by clicking the Add an Extension button.



You can also click on "View Extensions" to view existing extensions. Upon clicking on a specific extension, it will also display additional options on:


1) The name of the individual/department associated with the extension.




2) The number the extension is tied to as well as adding additional numbers.



3) How the numbers in the extension receive a call. Ring In Order; Simultaneously; Send Calls to Voicemail.
