The dashboard is shown when you complete registration for the first time, OR after logging in to your web portal.
It can be accessed by pressing the Omni logo at the top left of your screen, where it provides an overview of your current status.
- USAGE OVERVIEW shows your overall usage in term of calls, SMS, credit & your extensions.
- EXTENSIONS gives you a quick overview on your active extensions.
- NUMBERS shows your active virtual number(s).
- VIRTUAL RECEPTIONISTS gives you a quick view on your virtual assistant’s text greeting and your extension menu.
(Note: You can go the setting page of each by clicking on the green buttons on your dashboard.)
